Import & Data

Drop your daily Intercom CSV export here. Everything is stored in this browser and merged by conversation ID.
Import CSV
One or more Intercom exports at a time. Re-importing a day you already loaded updates those conversations instead of duplicating them.

Drop CSV files here, or click to browse
Expects the Intercom conversation export format. Your feedback notes and success marks are keyed to conversation IDs, so they survive every re-import.
Import Log
The last few things this tool did, newest first.
Ready.
Missed-Opportunity Flag Rules
When a chat carried no KPI attempt, these decide what gets flagged on the Heatmaps page as a possible reason. They apply to everything already imported, not just future imports.
Balance at the time of the chat, converted to EUR. Set 0 to flag any balance at all.
From pending_cashouts_sum. A withdrawal waiting often explains why no offer was made.
Watched tags
One per line. Emoji, spaces, punctuation and capitals are all ignored when matching, so bonus plan finds bonusplan 10%, bonus plan = 15% and 🟥🟥🟥bonus plan - check comments!!!🟥🟥 alike. Type the words and nothing else.
Currency Conversion → EUR
Every amount in the dashboard is converted to EUR using these rates. Enter how many EUR one unit is worth. Currencies present in your imported data are marked IN DATA. These ship with rough defaults — set your own and save.

Backup & Restore
A backup contains every stored conversation, all feedback notes and success marks, overrides and FX rates. Keep one — clearing browser data wipes the tool otherwise.

What each role can do
Derived from the role, not editable. Agents see everything but can only write on their own cases.
CapabilityAdminAgentRead only
Stage names in your data
An agent only owns cases where Teammate currently assigned matches their stage name exactly. These are the names your imports actually contain.

Grid
Why No Offer Was Made
Balance, a pending withdrawal or a watched tag are all reasons an agent would deliberately skip the pitch. What is left after those is the part worth asking about.
Missed Daily Opportunities with Players
Player Brand Agents involved Chats Offers Claimed Coverage Flag Possible reason for no offer Open
Chat Volume
Every conversation that came in, whether or not a KPI was tagged. All times UTC, straight from the export.
KPI Attempts
Conversations where the agent actually tagged an offer. Compare the shape against the volume grid above — busy cells with no attempts are where the opportunity is going.
Coverage — attempts as a share of chats
The share of chats in each slot that carried a KPI attempt. Cold cells with real volume behind them are the ones worth asking about; slots with fewer than 3 chats are greyed out because the percentage means little there.
What Each Agent Pushes
The mix of KPI types each agent tagged over the period, and how much of their chat volume carried any attempt at all.
